<h1 style="margin: auto 0in;"><strong><span style="font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;; color: black; font-size: 7.5pt;">Celebrating with meat! Domestic Kobe Rib eye from friends at www.kobe-beef-store.com&nbsp;&nbsp; You don't see in the video after the camera is off just how much we all actually enjoyed it, but I'm here to tell you, it was the most amazing Rib eye I have ever had!!!&nbsp; (And I have put away some Rib eyes in my time!)&nbsp; It was as tender as a filet, (like butter!) but with all the flavor goodness that perfect marbling gives to this cut.&nbsp; Okay&hellip;. I&rsquo;m drooling all over my keyboard&hellip; I&rsquo;ve got to stop.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>I actually saved one for me to enjoy all by myself.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>It&rsquo;s still in the freezer waiting for a night when I can sit and enjoy all alone </span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: Wingdings; color: black; font-size: 7.5pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;">J</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;; color: black; font-size: 7.5pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>Is there such a thing as a meat-addict?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>If so&hellip;. We decided to do a Rotisserie Beef Tenderloin &amp; as unconventional as it may be, (being as tender &amp; non "low and slow" as a beef tenderloin is) we did it anyway, with FABULOUS results! Let me know if you have any questions or want any of the recipes!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;<br /><br /><br /><br /> </span>www.grillcharms.com<br /><br />
