I got a new compact video recorder for Christmas and thought I'd start a VLOG about our exploits on the grill.  Tonights dinner is Beer Can Chicken with the rub provided by my Shark Tank friends Pork Barrel BBQ.  Now I never said I was an expert at ANYTHING, I just love to cook and I love to eat, so this the family and I having fun with food.
